A Progressive Approach to Re-Entry and Recovery.
The Three-Phase Framework
Our program is built on the reality that sobriety requires more than just a safe bed. Phase 1 focuses on a rigorous 90-day intensive curriculum, providing mental health support and daily education to rewire your habits. As you progress into Phases 2 and 3, the focus shifts toward external integration and eventually moving into your own dwelling, ensuring you have a supportive safety net every step of the way.

The Path to Recovery
Our program is structured to meet you where you are and lead you to where you want to be. By breaking the recovery process into three distinct phases, we ensure you never feel overwhelmed, providing the right level of support and autonomy at every stage of your journey.
Phase 1: Foundation (Days 1–90)
This is the intensive entry point. Residents participate in a daily recovery curriculum and receive dedicated mental health support. The goal is to stabilize, build a routine, and participate in in-house meetings to establish a rock-solid foundation for the phases ahead.Phase 2: Integration
Once the foundation is set, residents begin Phase 2. The focus shifts toward "learning to be sober adults." This includes securing local employment on or near Johns Island and beginning to attend external community meetings (AA, NA, or CA) to build a network outside the house.Phase 3: Independence
In the final phase, residents prepare for life on their own. While still part of the Still Worthy community, residents in Phase 3 manage their own schedules and dwellings. We help coordinate the transition to independent housing while maintaining ties to the program for ongoing accountability.Continuing Success (Alumni)
Graduation isn't the end. We encourage our Phase 3 graduates to stay "in tune" with the community, often choosing to live in local dwellings close to our three main houses. Our alumni serve as a testament that a fulfilling, sober life is possible for anyone willing to walk the path.
Your journey to purpose starts here.
